ICDXV 2025

On behalf of the International College of Dentists (ICD) Section XV, it is my distinct honor to welcome you to the 10th ICD Section XV International Conference and Induction Ceremony, which will take place from April 18-20, 2025, at the renowned Setia SPICE Convention Centre in Penang, Malaysia. This year’s event promises to be one of the most significant gatherings in our history, as we prepare to welcome over 2,000 dentists from across the globe, representing the very best in the dental profession.

A key highlight of the conference is our grand induction ceremony, where we will proudly welcome at least 200 new Fellows into our prestigious College. These Fellows represent the top 1% of leaders in dentistry, hailing from academia, civil service, private practice, and the dental military, and have demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing the field of dentistry. They will join a distinguished group of professionals recognized globally for their expertise, leadership, and service to humanity. These new Fellows will receive their Fellowship Certificate, Key, and Pin, and will have the privilege of using the honorary initials F.I.C.D., signifying their leadership and dedication to the highest standards of dental care.

In line with ICD’s commitment to professional growth and excellence, our conference will also feature the Global Leaders Summit Forum, a platform where esteemed experts will share insights on the latest developments in dental medicine, with a focus on AI-driven, cutting-edge technologies that are revolutionizing the way we practice dentistry. Additionally, we will proudly host the Humanitarian Project Award and the Best Postgraduate Research Project Competition, both recognizing and celebrating significant contributions to the field of dentistry and the broader community.

Moreover, the ICD Section XV Youth Program will be prominently featured during the event. This initiative aims to groom young dental professionals and provide leadership training to dental students, preparing them to take on leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to the future of dentistry. We encourage Fellows and speakers to actively participate in shaping this next generation by sharing their knowledge, experience, and vision for the future.
